Career in Vllaznia
Bala joined Vllaznia Shkodër youth side at the age of 11, this was his local club. He was first tried as a goalkeeper because he was very tall and his father told the manager of the team, Astrit Premci that the youngster was a good goalkeeper. Meanwhile after the training session with the player, the coach saw that he was very good on his feet and so he gave him the role of the centre forward. 

Career in Genclerbirligi
A top club in Turkey has been eyeing the youngster for most of the 2009/10 season while he was playing for the club, Vllaznia. The club was not known in January 2010 as they never made any bid for the player, meanwhile, with the big interest that was shown by Gençlerbirliği S.K. in May and in June, the unnamed team surfaced. Bala signed a four-year contrac with V on the 17th June 2010. The transfer fee was said to be around €200,000 to €300,000 that was said to be given to his former club, Vllaznia in the country, Albania. Bala’s manager Dritan Gjyrezi had just been a FIFA agent for just a year before managing the deal of the transaction, this was his first deal as an agent and he hoped that he could be able to send more players from his country to Turkey and be treated nicely. Bala signed the contract that was earning him €150,000 for the first year at the club and the deal was worth about €600,000 for the entire four years that he signed with the club. \
Career in KF Tirana
In january, Bala got an offer from KF Tirana and his former club, Vllaznia for a return to his country, though after his meeting with Refik Halili, he decided to sign a two-year contract with KF Tirana on the 20th january and that was earning €70,000 a season for him and that was better than the am ount that he was being offered by his former club. 
He played his first game for his club, KF Tirana on the 3rd February in a home match against Skënderbeu Korçë that finally finished 0-0 draw. He came into the game at the strating part of the second half of the game substituting Gilman Lika. His first goal for the club came in the Semifinal second leg match that was played against Besa Kavajë on the 6 April, and that was an equalizing goal of the game that secure the final place for the club. He scored his first league goal for the club just 9 days after the first goal in a 6-1 win against KF Elbasani. Despite his good football play since his entrance into the club, the head coach of the club omitted him from the list of players that will be starting the finals of the Albanian Cup. He came on into the game in the 54th minute of the game and helped his club to win the match and lift the trophy, even though his club finished with ten men and Bala missed a penalty in the 4-3 win of the match. 

Career in 2011/2012 season
Bala scored the winning goal in the 2011 Albanian supercup against the winners Skënderbeu, in a match that was delayed and stopped by the trouble from the crowd. His first  league goal of the season came on the 17th September in the second week of the season, on an away match against Kastrioti Krujë, he began the match as the only striker for his side. He equalized for his club side in the 48th minute of the game and went ahead to helo the club secure the winning, which was their first three points of the season. His next goal for the club side came just four days after the first win of the season in the first round of the Albanian Cup that was played against SK Himarë of the First division of the country football. Bala scored in the 36th minute of the game, a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game and his hattrick of the game came in the 67th minute of the game before he was substituted by Julián Rubio as he has an ankle injury from that match. After the four goals that came within four days interval, he hoped he could make it into the national team of the country as he opined that it was his dream to play for his country someday. 
Career in Sparta Prague
Bala made a move to Sparta Prague on trial in July 2012 in order for the manager Vítězslav Lavička to examine him closely before he could be signed the coach started him in club friendly against Graffin Vlašim on 17 July. Bala began the game brightly and scored a goal in the 19th minute of the game with a good shot on goal from the 18-yardbox to put the club in front of the game that they won with 5-0. After playing in the game he went back to KF Tirana so sought his contract. KF Tirana refused to sell him to the club, insisting that they should be paid €100,000 before they can release him, but Sparta Prague had just half of the amount to offer because the contract of the youngster was going to expire soon in January 2013. On the 8th July 2013, Bala made a loan move to the Polish club side, Jagiellonia Białystok in the Ekstraklasa for a year. 

International Career
Bala was a member of the Under-19 national team of the country that played the wualifying stage of European Championship in the year 2009, it was there that he played his first game for the country against England at Ballymena Show grounds in the Northern Ireland on the 8th of October, 2008 in  a 3-0 loss against the English team, he substituted Guido Tepshi in the second half of the game. He scored his first goal for the country, which is also the only goal of the country in the game against Northern Ireland on the 13th of October, 2008 at Oval Belfast in a 2-1 loss. He scored the cancellation goal for his country in the 76th minute of the game. 
After his transfer to the Sparta Prague and successful first game with the number 9 shirt of the team, he started looking forward to the call from the senior national team coach of his country. He played his first match for the country on the 14 November 2012, a match against Cameroon, and he came into the game on the 78th minute of the game to replace Edgar Cani.
