Albert Stroni was

Club Career
He was boorn in Fier.
He started displaying the skill of a prolific attacker with the club that is
his hometown, Dinamo Tirana and Apolonia Fier and he contributed to the double
success of the former team in the 1989/90 season.
In the year 1992,
Stroni made a move to FR Yugoslavia to play for the club, FK Partizani ,
thoughafter he had been overlooked, he went back to Dinamo Tirana. In the
following summer transfer window, he made a switch to Spain, and it was there
that he spent most of his remaining football career. He began with the club
called SD Compostela but due to the burocratic reasons in the club, he ended
not playing a single game for the club and after that he made a move to
Galician neighbors CD Ourense that is also in the 2nd division of
the Spanish football, where he never played any official match for the club.
After that he signed
to play for an amateur club, Club Lemos in the same community with the former
team, after everything that happened, he became one of the most crucial players
in the club in the history of the club’s football, averaging more than a goal
in every 2 games he played for the club up to the 4th level. After
three seasons that he spent with the club, he signed another one year with
another amateur club, Ponte Ourense and played also for Gimnástica Segoviana
CF.
Stroni played for
three clubs in the 2000/01 season, starting with the Portuguese club, F.C Maia
then went back to Spain to play for Merida UD and CD Don benito. In the
following season, he signed a deal with the French club known as Angers SCO,
though aftera poor season with the club, he went back to spain again and played
for Lemos. He was with the club for the next four years. He retired from
playing active football in the year 2007 at the age of 37; this was after he
had spent another season with CD Lalin.
When he retired from
playing football, he went to Ourense and opened a car stand, and sometimes
after that he accepted the contract of coaching Lemos that faced the
possibility of folding.
International Career
Stroni played for the
Albanian national team. He played the total of 35 games for the national team
of the country.
