Abdul was born to the family of Mohammad Amin
Zazari in the year 1954 in Kandahar. He finished his high school education from
the Rahman Baba High School that is in Kabul.
Abdul was given an admission in the Faculty of Law
and Political Science at the University of Kabul. A year after he received a
scholarship to study in Bulgaria, where he studied Cinema and TV. In the year
1982, he got a PhD and went back to his country.
Immediately after getting into his country in the
year 1982, he began to work as a director of TV programs and some films. He was
appointed to be the director of the Afghanistan movie and a professor at the
faculty of Arts in the University of Kabul.
In the year 2005, he was appointed to be the head
of Ariana TV and later on he was appointed to be the head of Shamshad TV.
