is well-known in Namibia since the 90s. Singers of R&B in Namibian have
influenced the genre with the afro-pop. Some of them perform it the combination
of pop/afro-pop and R&B. the Afro-pop is the African pattern of
western-pop. The R&B/pop of Namibian genre have gotten continental
well-known duo Gal Level as well as solo singers African Boy, Christi Nomath Warner
uses her poetry as the basis of her lyrics and Lady May. Te Quila and Jewelz
were one of the promising R&B/pop singers in Namibia. Some of the male
musician includes Rodger and Nastri and they are popular in all shows and have
their influence from Ne-Yo, Chris Brown and Mario. Jossy and Big Ben were one
of the earliest singers in Namibia.
