The house music is an African type of rave music and the African house is based on the African traditional melodies. This genre is also popular in South African. This is characterized by the fast moving beat with a thin melodies and synthesizers. From time to time it is accompanied by vocals. DJ Kboz is the first Namibia house DJ’s. He blends and master songs from other musician. He has also produced an album known as Strickly street house, volume 1 in the year 2007. DJ Kboz is also a producer and has work with well-known musician. And also DJ Khalu and DJ Ex were some of the few house DJ’s in Namibia. DJ Khalu produced two albums in vision 2030, volume 1 in 2007 and vision 2030, volume 2 in the year 2008. DJ Ex who is also a producer produces his debut Gate Crush, volume 1 in the year 2008.
