The ploong is an ethnic musical instrument of the Mru people that stay in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh and also in Burma.
The mouth organ is produced from gourds and bamboo and it has different sizes. The largest ploong has about eight long pipes and sounds that is like that of the bagpipe.
