This takes place in Minsk (Republic of Belarus) in the time of November 24 to December 1, 2004 and it is dedicated to the birth anniversary of the well-kwon Belarusian singer, the3 People’s Artist of the USSR L.P Aleksandrovskaya which is the only soloists which was born not earlier than in 1973, which take part in the competition. The applications for the participation in the competition are agreed until the 1st of the July, 2004 which followed by the address.
